We offer three different levels of service to our landlords. Please see a summary below:

  1. External view of stone Sussex countryside cottage Tenant Find Service - This includes costs to cover us finding the ideal tenant, carrying out the full reference checks, professional photography of your property, a fee for tenancy renewal, and finally the inclusion of Legal and Rent Protection, which varies according on the monthly rental rate.
  2. Rent Collection Service - Our Rent Connection Service includes all of the elements of the Tenant Find Service, with the addition of a Rent Collection fee, and a cost for Replacing a Tenancy.
  3. Full Management Service - For a totally hands-off option and total peace of mind, our Full Management Service contains all of the benefits of our Rent Collection Service, however you pay a slightly higher fee percentage of monthly rent and slightly lowers Tenant Find Fee, while having none of the stress of dealing with maintenance issues.
