The enthusiastic Estate Agent, once described at a viewing as a ‘spaniel on speed !’ I have been in the industry for nearly 20 years and am still as addicted to it as I was on Day one, but am on a mission to rebuild the reputation of our wonderful profession, the term ‘Estate Agent’ always causes unease, people envisage the ‘salesman’ in his ill fitting suit, flashy car and always ready to talk the talk ! I prefer the smart casual look, my car is clean and honesty is only ever the best policy !

In 2019 I had a hair brain idea to start up Porter Estate Agents and ran with it, I love what we do, love helping others and love what we are building as a company. When I am not at my desk pushing our business, I am a husband and a father to two incredible children. As often as I can, I get out on the river or lake for a spot of fishing, that’s my down time, my thinking space and where my greatest plans are hatched ! Sport is a family passion and coaching my son’s football team in Grayshott is a privilege, I have also stepped foot back into the Dojo (gym) after 30+ years as Karate is a personal passion, where I look to achieve my Black belt. I love meeting new people and I love to talk, be warned, you will find it hard to shut me up once I get going!

When asked what makes Porter Estate Agents different to any other agency. The answer was very simple: we try in every way possible not to act like estate agents. We are PEOPLE focused not DEAL focused. Our ethos centres around giving 100% to you and your house move.
