About Olivia Porter

I've been in this industry for some time, it’s in my blood, my father was an Estate Agent in London, so property talk in my family was the norm. I started in a local independent agent as a Saturday girl, then went full time for a larger local agents focusing on country houses, equestrian properties and farms. After having our two children I tried other things, like teaching and interiors but this profession is infectious it draws you back, I absolutely love it.

I am a very proud South Downs resident, this is my patch, I’ve grown up here, been educated here, bought and sold property here and can’t imagine living anywhere else. When I am not rushing around the national park on viewings or property visits I can be found on my horse, with or without our daughter on her pony, on the Downs or the Common, this is my phone free happy place.

Within our very productive caffeine-fuelled team, I’d say I’m the calm, once described as ‘annoyingly unflappable’ I take things in my stride, approach problems pragmatically and love a challenge, building Porter Estate Agents has been a dream and there are bigger things to come.
